How the intercooler works in the T3
The intercooler cools down the warm charge air produced by the turbocharger as a result of compression and feeds it back to the engine for combustion - in principle, the intercooler is nothing more than a heat exchanger. An improvement in the performance and efficiency of the motor is achieved in this way. The principle is: the lower the temperature of the air, the greater the mass of the same for the same volume. More fuel can be burned, the efficiency of a combustion engine increases. This only benefits the thermally affected JX engine.
