• Drill and honing cylinder surfaces
• Check crankshaft for cracks
• Grind bearings
• Check shaft for hardness, if necessary post-cure
• Check the connecting rod for the blind hole and edit or renew it
• Check main bearing drillings, if necessary drill in alignment
• Check camshaft and grind, replace if necessary
• For individual engines, check flywheels and starter ring gear and grind
• Check camshaft bearing and process bearing lane
• Replace bearings
• Check and modify valve seats, replace valve seat rings if necessary
• Check valves and grind, replace if necessary
• Check and modify cylinder head, replace if necessary
• Check oil pump or conveyor wheels and valves and renew if necessary
• Test bench run on a functional or performance test bench
